Several people have asked me how I do those cloudy skies of mine (which I tend to use too much, but hey, that's my way of distracting you from the constant lack of backgrounds *he he*) so here is anoter Crappy Tutorial of Doom!!
I use Photoshop CS2, but it can all be done with earlier versions.

Yay, Charlie-san! That's a gorgeous cloudy sky! I love it! Too bad, after my computer crashed, my copy of Photoshop went down the drain and I have no idea where the installing disc is. But I digress. I like this tutorial. Very simple, but very nice effects. I will so try it out if I ever get PS back!
